Once we have received your application, we immediately start looking for the best project option and accommodation for you, preparing for a meaningful volunteer and internship experience.

We attempt to ensure that the content of our website is current however it is liable to change and we do not guarantee its currency. Be notified that Butterfly4Volunteers assumes no responsibility for any loss, mishap or inconveniences caused by the information (either in part or whole) obtained from this website. It is highly recommended that information such as visa related issues, medical or health, immigration issues should be verified with relevant authorities or host country prior to your departure.

Refund policy for project fee for the total fees paid in advance

Cancellation of 30 or more days before the start with the Project, there will be a refund of 75% of the total fees paid in advance, excluding the registration fee of 200 euro.

Cancellation of 15 to 30 days before the start with the Project, there will be a refund of 50% of the total fees paid in advance, excluding the registration fee of 200 euro.

Cancellation of 14 or less days before the start with the Project, there will be a refund of 10% of the total fees paid in advance, excluding the registration fee of 200 euro.

Cancellation by Butterfly4Volunteers 

Cancellation of Projects by Butterfly4Volunteers before the start with the Project, there will be a refund of 100% of the total fees paid in advance.

If Butterfly4Volunteers cancels a Project before or during the Project Period due to conditions beyond our control, we will refund you 75% of the remaining weeks in the Project Period.

Refunding

All refunds will be made within 60 days.
